Naturopath, nutritionist, mum of three, and aspiring dancer.
With 15+ years in clinical practice and three children of my own, I've spent much of my life immersed in the messy, beautiful, demanding world of women's health and family wellbeing.

I work with women, children, and families through every chapter - from preconception and pregnancy to postpartum, toddlerhood, and beyond. My approach blends evidence-based naturopathy and nutrition with functional testing and traditional wisdom.
"I know what it feels like to be tired to your bones, to have questions that don't fit inside a 15-minute appointment, to hold the weight of a whole family's needs while trying to reconnect to your own."
This is why I do what I do. Because you deserve more than a result filed away as normal when you feel anything but.
I'm a mum of three, so I know firsthand the juggle of nourishing everyone else while trying to stay well myself.
I co-hosted a podcast, helped write two books, and ran a busy clinic - all while breastfeeding and raising babies. But the real dream? More time with my own family, and working closely with others to support theirs.
I'm fascinated by pathology testing and love translating it into plain English for my clients. (Though I'll admit, a bit of science-speak still sneaks in sometimes!)
I believe there's always space for both green smoothies and chocolate. Especially on the same day. Plus coffee.
I grew up dancing - it was my greatest passion and something I wanted to pursue as a career. But I never took the plunge and then life happened... work, babies, the pace of early motherhood - and dance just disappeared (well, not from my heart, just from my life!). About 18 months ago I found Top Rock Studios and was instantly obsessed. Not just for the movement and being able to dance again, but for the hour (or 5!) that is completely mine. To get out of my head and into my body. To reconnect with me. I want every mum to know what that feels like, which is why I am now teaching weekly mums and bubs dance classes.
